Bethany has competed successfully in Dressage, Combined Training, Hunters, Jumpers, Huntseat Equitation, Western Pleasure and Equitation and Barrel Racing. She offers lessons and training in the above disciplines and also beginner lessons in saddle seat.
Lessons:
With over 20 years of riding experience, Bethany brings her diverse experience to her students to make lessons challenging, yet fun. She encourages riders to think and learn to ride effectively. Dressage is emphasized to all, no matter what discipline you are interested in. Students do not need to show, but if they would like, Bethany will help them get to the show ring. To date, her students have competed in Hunters, Jumpers, and Hunt Seat Equitation, Dressage and Western. Lessons offered to ages 5 and up.
Training:
Bethany has experience training horses from the ground up as well as in Dressage, Hunters, Jumpers, Combined Training, and even Field hunters. Lunging, long-lining, and ground driving techniques are used to prepare horses for under saddle work. Also, Bethany is experienced in training stallions. May compete your horse upon request.
Feel free to ask about Clinics and Judging. 4-H groups are encouraged to ask about special rates and services.
